"Man Who Recorded Walter Scott Murder Is Worried Police May Kill Him"

The eyewitness who recorded the cellphone video that put a South Carolina police officer in jail on a murder charge just said that he is afraid for his life. Feidin Santana walks with security who is watching out for him right now – something he is fairly low key about – but in his first interview Wednesday, he said that even when he first told officers on the scene that he recorded the incident, he had the impression that he would be killed if he waited around.

“I’ve seen that movie before” he said last night in an interview with NBC News.

So when the officers told him to “wait right here” and they left to get other law enforcement officers, he took off and leaked the video through less formal channels.

Now, he says that he still believes his life is threatened by members of the police department. He walked the same route to work every day – that’s when he saw and recorded the incident which led to the fatal shooting of Walter Scott. But now that has all changed. He explained in interviews yesterday that now he varies his route to work and does not go that same way any longer, in order to avoid assassination.

Santana told NBC News that “I felt that my life, with this information, might be in danger.”

Once he left the scene after officers told him to stay put, he worried that perhaps he should just delete the footage – as releasing it would put him in police crosshairs.

But after hearing the lies the police department announced about the incident, he decided he could not – in good conscience – remain silent.

“What if there was no video? What if there was no witness, or ‘hero’ as I call him, to come forward?” the Scott family’s lawyer, L. Chris Stewart, said to The Associated Press. “We didn’t know he existed. He came out the blue.”

 

Idaho Police Shoot Pregnant Woman Within 15 Seconds – Graphic Video

Dashboard and body camera footage obtained by the Guardian show police officers shoot Jeanetta Riley, a 35-year-old pregnant woman with a history of mental health problems who was wielding a knife outside a hospital in Sandpoint, Idaho. Riley died from the gunshot wounds. All officers on the scene have since been cleared of any wrongdoing, and the family has received no apology over the incident.

When Shane Riley brought his wife Jeanetta to the hospital because she was threatening self-harm, he was trying to save her life. But 15 seconds after the mentally ill, pregnant 36-year-old Native woman arrived, she was dead—shot by police while wielding a knife.

US Naval Drills Destroy Marine Life; South Korea’s Marine Life Will Soon Feel The Impact

 

We received a reader request recently regarding the South Korean and American navy drills going on near the Korean Peninsula. Beyond the simple human/political aspect of the region, where a poorly aimed shell could well set off World War 3, the reader was intent on finding out more about an issue that has been largely ignored by the mainstream media: the possible harm that these drills might have on the natural environment of the area; the living beings that could end up becoming collateral damage because of these drills regardless of the prospect of human war.

His concerns are well-founded, with a shockingly high quantity of marine life dying off during and in the vicinity of other prior drills. Further, it is scientific fact that the navy uses a particularly harmful form of sonar, which is severely damaging to the sensory organs that dolphins and whales depend on to survive. It is strange that little coverage is given to this subject mainstream media; I suppose nobody likes to criticize the US navy when it comes to “national defense”. What are the lives of a few thousand marine animals that disappear into the ocean, when you’ve invisible terrorists constantly assaulting the homeland causing hundreds of invisible deaths?

The Effects of Weapons-grade Sonar

The Scientific American wrote an excellent piece explaining the harm that navy sonar does to whales and dolphins:

Unfortunately for many whales, dolphins and other marine life, the use of underwater sonar (short for sound navigation and ranging) can lead to injury and even death. Sonar systems—first developed by the U.S. Navy to detect enemy submarines—generate slow-rolling sound waves topping out at around 235 decibels; the world’s loudest rock bands top out at only 130. These sound waves can travel for hundreds of miles under water, and can retain an intensity of 140 decibels as far as 300 miles from their source.

These rolling walls of noise are no doubt too much for some marine wildlife. While little is known about any direct physiological effects of sonar waves on marine species, evidence shows that whales will swim hundreds of miles, rapidly change their depth (sometime leading to bleeding from the eyes and ears), and even beach themselves to get away from the sounds of sonar.

Macabre. These beautiful animals, the very reason for the existence of many of today’s “environmentalists”, die from noise so loud that it causes them to bleed from their ears, and even their eyes (symptoms that suggest that even internal organs might be ruptured from the sound); at 200Db (a decibel increment of 10 units is equal to a sound that is 10 times louder than the original sound being referenced; 140 decibels is ten times as loud as 130 etc. Hence 235 decibels is actually a few times more than 10,000,000,000, or ten trillion, times louder than the loudest rock concert mentioned earlier. Food for thought.), the vibrations can rupture your lungs, and above 210 Db, the lethal noise can bore straight through your brain until it hemorrhages that delicate tissue. The dying animals then literally opt for suicide over having to endure this torture any further. These “drills” are beginning to sound like weapons testing to me, with any critter in range a test subject.

And this is by no means a small-scale, once-in-a-blue-moon event either. The Scientific American continues:

In January 2005, 34 whales of three different species became stranded and died along North Carolina’s Outer Banks during nearby offshore Navy sonar training. Other sad examples around the coast of the U.S. and elsewhere abound, notably in recent years with more sonar testing going on than ever before….. recent cases of whale strandings likely represent a small fraction of sonar’s toll, given that severely injured animals rarely make it to shore.

The Natural Resources Defense Council led the charge, rather than the far larger and better-known green groups, and won a lawsuit against the Navy to restrict the use of low-frequency sonar off the coast of California. Later, they also asked the federal courts to restrict testing of more intense, harmful and far ranging mid-frequency types of sonar off Southern California’s coastline. They lost that case. In the end, the navy gets to continue using most of their sonar off the coast of California, and move their most inhumane drills elsewhere. To places where there are few people to notice. To places like Guam…. But we’ll get to that a bit later.

The Navy Knows the Harm It Is Causing. It Does Not Care.

You might claim that the navy is completely unaware of the toll their actions have on the ocean, and that it would never purposefully try to harm the cute and cudly creatures of the Earth… They’d take apropriate precautions to protect the animals while they test their weapons in South Korea…. but you’d be sadly mistaken. The navy is fully aware of the harm they are inflicting, and in a recent application to the National Marine Fisheries Service for permits for its activities, they were forced to take stock. By thetheir own estimations, their live simulations could kill 186 whales and dolphins off of the east coast, and 155 near Hawaii and southern California. Serious injuries for mammals off the east coast could numberupwards of 11,267 with 1.89 million minor problems. The reports said the testing and training might also cause marine mammals to change their behavior — such as swimming in a different direction — in 20 million instances. Imagine a noise so loud that 20 million animals could hear it. Imagine 20 million animals fleeing from that noise, stampeding through the forests. Beyond the impact of naval sonar, the estimates also include the number of marine life that would get blown up by the usual assortment of conventional explosives. That is the bare minimum effect that was estimated by the navy, let’s not even consider the potential for upward revision, nor the likelihood that every one of the 11,267 “serious injuries” would likely die soon after.

Thankfully this open environmental degradation in the Pacific is facing significant opposition; Federal Judge invalidated the above plan, which had been approved by the National Marine Fisheries Service. It is unknown how much impact would have on the navy’s actions, or if indeed it would continue to “accidentally” cause harm to marine life elsewhere….

Other Incidences

In the Bahamas, the navy admitted responsibility for another 16 beached whales and dolphins.

The Canary Islands is yet another popular locale for navy drills, which has also resulted in mass strandings. Since navy ships have been restricted from performing their exercises nearby, these strandings have all but stopped.

In 1996, 12 whales became stranded on the west coast of Greece. Three years later, four whales stranded themselves in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The following year, there were three whale strandings on Madeira. All with navy drills occurring nearby.

In march 2009, more than 80 whales and dolphins beached themselves off the coast of Australia. more than 500 whales and dlphins have beached themselves in five beachings in the five months preceding that. No link was drawn to naval drills, but it should be noted that Australia often hosts controversial naval drills off its coast, together with the US and several of its partners. Given the proven link between low-frequency sonar and whale beachings, it is surprising that naval drills continue at a frenzied pace in a country that is as well-known for it conservancy advocacy as its extensive marine wildlife.

The US-South Korean Drills
With record numbers of US and Korean naval troops( 200,000 for the South Koreans, and 14,000 for the US) engaging in war-games next to North Korea, this powder keg is set to cause even greater strife… to the marine life in the region. Brand new weapons are being tested, not to mention the impact of sonar. The Pacific is already facing the effects of Fukashima’s continuous “accidental” leakage of extremely radioactive substances…. It does not need large-scale naval drills to add to the ocean’s problems.

 

These 4 Stats Show The Terrible Condition Of American Society

It is important to highlight the growing inequality of this generation. While the US economy has “created” $30 trillion in new wealth, six million more children have come to rely on food stamps. How does a country become more wealthy…. Yet have more poor children at the same time?

Here are some numbers that show the substantial fall of the middle class over the last 35 years.

1. 138,000 Kids Were Homeless while 115,000 Households Were Each Making $10 Million Per Year 
Latest data has shown that the richest 0.1% (115,000 households) have amassed an additional wealth of $10 million per year while an astonishing 138,000 children did not even have a roof over their head, according to theUS Department of Housing.

2. The Average U.S. Household Pays $400 to Feed and Clothe Walmart, McDonald’s, and Other Low-Wage Workers 
Workers earning less than $10.10 an hour are paid $45 billion per year as federal, state, and other safety net support, reports the Economic Policy Institute. In essence, the average U.S. household is paying about $400 to employees in low-wage industries such as food service, retail, and personal care.
Walmart’s much-publicized $1 wage raise will cost the company about $1 billion a year, while it had reported about $25 billion in profits last year .

The story gets even more shameful. Here’s what a PBS report had to say: Walmart has spent about $6.5 billion per year on stock buybacks to enrichinvestors, approximately the same total annual amount billed to taxpayers for food stamps, Medicaid, housing, and other safety net programs for the company’s underpaid employees.

3. As $30 Trillion in New Wealth was being Created, the Number of Kids on Food Stamps Increased 70%
Before the global financial crisis and the recession, the root cause of which can attributed to the greed of rich investors, 12 out of every 100 American children were on food stamps. Compare this to the after-recession figure of 20 out of 100 American children. That’s nearly a 70 percent increase; from 9.5 million kids in 2007 to 16 million kids in 2014.
Meanwhile, U.S. wealth has grown by over $30 trillion. Even with that baffling escalation of wealth in the country, the US of A wasn’t able to ensure food security for millions of its most vulnerable citizens.

4. Despite the Decline in Food Security, the Food Stamp Program was Cut by $8.6 Billion and the Money Paid to Corporate Agriculture 
While more and more children are living in a state of hunger, the large agricultural firms continue to take taxpayer money in order to supplement their billions in profits. The farm bill of 2014 cut $8.6 billion (over the next ten years) from the food stamp program, of which nearly half of all participants are children. At the same time, the largest 10 percent of farm operators are given benefits worth $14 billion annually.

Paul Buchheit, writing for Commondreams, believes that the mainstream media only highlights the resurgent economy, the booming stock market, and the drop in unemployment, ignoring the reality for the majority of Americans, ” The stock market has enriched only about ten percent of America, handing them millions of dollars since the recession, while the newly available jobs are well below the skill levels of college-trained adults and often without health care and retirement benefits. Too many once-prosperous Americans are beaten up and broken down, waiting in vain for our elected leaders to stop the redistribution of our national wealth.”

US Laser Test Destroys Germanwings Airline Killing 150 Innocent Civilians

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting today that dispatches from the Northern Fleet (NF) appear to show that yesterdays downing ofGermanwings Flight 4U 9525 in southern France yesterday was the "direct result" of a failed US Air Force test of its High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System (HELLADS) attempting to shoot down an ICBM reentry vehicle, but which, instead, destroyed this civilian airliner killing all 150 aboard.

According to this MoD report, the Northern Fleet, which is already on full combat alert, was alerted to this incident yesterday by the Severomorsk submarine chaser, currently operating in the Mediterranean, who reported that widespread atmospheric electrical anomalies over southern France, western Italy and southwestern Switzerland were being detected. The area where these detections were made by the Severomorsk, this report notes, also happens to be the combat operational area of the US Air Forces 510th Fighter Squadron operating out of the Aviano Air Base in Italy.

Curiously, this MoD further notes, these anomalies occurring in the 510^th Fighter Squadron’s combat operating area of southern France yesterday came within the same time frame that British civilian radar systems went black; which was further confirmed by a Flight Emergencies posting stating: "Doing a bit of spotting at MAN, I look up and see an A380 passing overhead just past the BA, but nothing on radar? Hm"

This MoD report clarifies that US-UK-EU radar systems frequently go black upon the takeoff/landings of B1 bombers, and which in yesterday’s case, where this incident was reported in Manchester (MAN), it likely coincided with the deployment of a British B-1 Lancer Bomber, some of which are able to utilize the US Air Forces High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System too.

The MoD further notes that the US-UK-EU military structure frequently endangers civilian flights with their war games over the continent, such as last year when about 50 planes temporarily disappeared from radars in Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia between 5 June and 10 June. Slovak air traffic services in their statement about this radar blackout admitted at the time: "The disappearance of objects on radar screens was connected with a planned military exercise which took place in various parts of Europe...whose goal was the interruption of radio communication frequencies. This activity also caused the temporary disappearance of several targets on the radar display, while in the meantime the planes were in radio contact with air traffic controllers and continued in their flight normally."

And to how dangerous these Western war games can be to civilian airliners, this report continues, was evidenced on 3 March when, in an eerie pre-simulation to the demise yesterday of Germanwings Flight 9525, the US Air Force, while preparing for yesterday’s failed test over southern France, Lufthansa Flight LH1172, an Airbus A321 operating at a normal flight altitude, plummeted out of the sky in minutes, and as evidenced by its radar charts.

To the explanation of Lufthansa Flight LH1172 plummeting towards earth in southern France barely a fortnight ago, we can further read from the Airliner Reporter article titled Catching a Lufthansa Airbus A321’s Rapid Descent Live which, in part, says:

"There were a few moments where I thought I may have been watching a crash of some sort occur in real-time, from thousands of miles away. But thankfully, the pilots were just quick acting, and diverted to a nearby airport.

Lufthansa confirmed to AirlineReporter.com that LH1172 had 151 passengers on board and the captain decided to stopover in Nantes (NTE), France, "due to a medical case (sick passenger)." They confirmed that there was no emergency requested and that the aircraft landed safely."

Unlike Lufthansa Flight LH1172 before it, however, this MoD report continues, Germanwings Flight 9525, yesterday, wasn’t able to recover from its rapid descent…instead it was obliterated in tens-of-thousands of pieces of metal and human flesh upon the side of a mountain in southern France.

To what caused Germanwings Flight 9525 to be so thoroughly destroyed, this report says, was first evidenced on 3 February when a US Air Force test of their High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System targeting one of their older weather system satellites completed obliterated it by heating it from within causing to it explode while in orbit.

However, MoD experts in this report say, chemical laser systems, such as the US Air Forces High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System which brought down Germanwings Flight 9525, and nearly crashed Lufthansa Flight LH1172, are notoriously known for being extremely difficult to aim at long range targets as their "effects" tend to spread throughout the atmosphere affecting anything and everything in their path.

And to the exact scenario causing the destruction of Germanwings Flight 9525 yesterday, these MoD experts continue, was a combined Western alliance attempt to target a "test re-entry vehicle" simulating a Federation nuclear warhead attack upon them yesterday.

The specific "test re-entry vehicle" used in this failed US missile test, this report says, was launched the day before on an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) fired early Monday from a US Air Force facility in California, and which the Obama regime stated was a "message to the world about Washington's nuclear capabilities".

This "message to the world", however, the MoD in their report state, was, instead, aimed directly at the Federation for their crippling of the USS Theodore Roosevelt using the superior "magrav" technology, and that aside from previously destroying this aircraft carrier in a war game a few weeks ago, likewise disabled the USS Donald Cook in the Black Sea last year.

Sadly, this report grimly states, of the nearly 37 NATO aircraft taking part in this US missile test yesterday, just a single Italian military jet switched its transponder to the emergency code of #7700 upon seeing Germanwings Flight 9525 plummet towards the ground.

And as many German pilots are refusing to fly today because of these US war game actions against the Federation, this report concludes, the likelihood of the Western people being told the truth about what happened to Germanwings Flight 9525 is about the same as their being told the truth about Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, which was proved by satellite photos to have been shot down by a Ukrainian fighter jet, is about the same…Zero.

And to if the Western peoples even want to know the truth of the countless lives being destroyed on their military leaders alter of war? No one really knows the answer anymore.
